SBI FASTag is a tag that uses RFID technology to pay the toll automatically when your vehicle passes through a toll plaza. You don’t have to stop or pay with cash. The SBI FASTag agents or PoS agents are designated representatives that help people apply for and procure SBI FASTag . You can get in touch with SBI FASTag agents by either visiting the PoS centres, or visiting any nearest SBI branch. Moreover, you can also call on SBI ’s customer care number 1800 11 0018 and connect with a FASTag agent. If your FASTag is stolen or lost, call the SBI customer care number to block your FASTag card. The SBI FASTag balance will be transferred to the new FASTag issued to you. Call the SBI FASTag customer care toll-free number : 1800 11 0018 and request them to issue a new tag. The balance on the old account will be transferred to the new SBI FASTag account.
