Under this scheme, one hot cooked meal will be provided to the children studying in Government and Government – aided schools. POSHAN Abhiyaan aims to achieve improvement in key nutrition parameters for both children and women. The Jan Andolan and community mobilisation efforts are an essential component for affective implementation of the POSHAN Abhiyaan.
