Key points about NPHH Ration Card: Issued to households above the poverty line or not eligible for PHH benefits. Used mainly as identity proof in various government schemes. Helps in accessing certain welfare programs without being in the priority category. PHH Ration Card : भारत सरकारच्या राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा कायदा, 2013 (NFSA) अंतर्गत प्राथमिक गटातील (Priority Household – PHH) कुटुंबांना अन्न पुरवठा प्रणालीद्वारे दरमहा अन्नधान्याच्या विशेष सवलती मिळतात.
