Learners' Facilitation Centres at three Regional Centres and HQ have been set up by Netaji Subhas Open University . Intended eligible applicants may visit their nearest LFC to get technical help for submission of online FYUG admission. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose is a state university , situated in West Bengal, India. The University was established in 1997, in the loving memory of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
