Overactive bladder is a condition in which the urinary bladder muscles constrict uncontrollably, thereby causing an urgent need to urinate, frequent urination, and an inability to control urination. What is the dosage for mirabegron? The recommended starting dose of mirabegron is 25 mg by mouth once daily. Mirabegron may be taken with or without food. If needed, the dose may be increased to 50 mg once daily based on individual patient response and tolerability. Miragron 25mg Tablet ER helps to treat uncontrollable contractions (spasms) of the bladder muscles that cause frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control the passing of urine. It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces the urgency to urinate that may occur with some infections of the urinary tract. This way it helps manage the overactive bladder symptoms efficiently.
