Jawahar navodaya vidyalaya: Admission is granted through the JNVST

Admission is granted through the JNVST, an annual entrance examination conducted by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). The exam will be held in two phases: Phase 1 on December 13, 2025, and Phase 2 on April 11, 2026. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) (lit. 'Jawahar Navodaya School (JNS)') is a system of central schools for students predominantly from rural areas in India , targeting socially and economically backward students who lack access to accelerated learning due to financial, social and rural disadvantages. [3][4][5] The NVS Class 6 Admission 2026 -27 is live till July 29 at navodaya .gov.in. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya exam date 2026 phase 1 is December 13, 2025 and phase 2 is April 11, 2026.
