Janet Truncale will take over the role of global chair and CEO of Ernst & Young (EY) on July 1, 2024, succeeding Carmine Di Sibio. As a certified public accountant, she makes history as the first woman to lead one of the Big Four firms. Janet Truncale is the EY Global Chair and CEO, where she leads a global organization of approximately 400,000 people across more than 150 countries and territories and over US$51 billion in revenues. In her previous role, Janet served as EY Vice Chair and Regional Managing Partner of the EY Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO).
