This Gudibande Trek Isha Foundation trip from Bangalore leads you to Gudibande Fort , often considered a smaller but equally fascinating replica of the Madhugiri Fort . While the Gudibande Trek Isha Foundation trip Bangalore trail is not as challenging as the Madhugiri fort trek, the panoramic views from the top of Gudibande Fort are truly unmatched. The Gudibande fort , which is small compared to other forts in Karnataka, was inspired by the Madhugiri fortress. It is a multi-level edifice that was built about 400 years ago, in the 17th century, by Byre Gowda, a local chieftain of Gudibande who ruled the place for only three years. Gudibande Fort , located in the Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka, is a lesser-known but historically significant site. The fort's origins trace back to the 16th century, during the reign of the Vijayanagara Empire. We recently visited Gudibande Fort , and it turned out to be one of the most refreshing and enjoyable short treks we've done. What makes this place truly special is that it hasn’t been commercialized yet, which keeps the experience peaceful and authentic.
