The CBSE will provide psychological counselling facility to students and parents from 1st January, 2024. The exam schedule for practical and theory papers has already been announced from 1st January, 2024 and 15th February, 2024 respectively. The second phase includes a team of 65 qualified professionals-51 based in India and 14 from abroad, including principals, trained counselors, special educators from CBSE -affiliated government and private schools, and psychologists from India and abroad, delivering remote, tele - counseling assistance on voluntary basis. To address post-result stress and anxiety among students, the board has launched a free tele - counselling service, available to students across India and abroad.
