About Tinsukia Municipal Board Tinsukia Municipal Board was first established on 14th Oct’ 1919 as Tinsukia Union headed by Late. M E Slater as Chairman. Which was converted in Town Committee on 15th Nov’1926 headed by Late. Saradananda Baruah as Chairman.
