West Bengal Khadya Sathi Scheme was launched in 27th January 2016 by Honourable Chief Minister Smt Mamata Banerjee. The scheme was launched with the vision of 'Food for All' i.e needy person of West Bengal will not be deprived from the access to food grains anymore. It is an interactive platform designed for citizens of West Bengal, to offer them access to various e-Governance services related with Ration Card and Ration Shops offered by the Department and... Khadya Sathi is one of the Schemes of the West Bengal State Government, which officially launched on January 27, 2016. In fact, the Khadya Sathi Scheme was started to ensure food for the backward and poor people. With the inspiration of Chief Minister Mamata Bandyopadhyay, Khadya Sathi Project under RKSY has come into effect throughout the state from 27 January, 2016, for those who had not been earmarked under NFSA backward in socio-economic terms.
